Josie has been in the food industry on the customer service side for the last 10 years.

While living and working in Georgia, Dan met Josie who was originally from Nashville, TN. The couple now married, live and reside in Marshfield, MA. with their two rescues, Lexi and UGA. They share a love of fishing and are both very passionate about animal rescue leagues. Friends and family will tell you that they love cooking and entertaining. Serving BBQ is a dream they have both had for some time. Their original restaurant in Marshfield, Ma, Bear’s BBQ and Catering was named for their first rescue. A name change quickly followed and Bear’s became Fetch BBQ and Catering, still honoring the memory of their beloved Bear with his favorite past time.

Are you related to any other restaurants?

No, this is our 1st business

Why isn’t there any BBQ sauce on my meats?

We use a “dry rub” on our meats and have 3 different homemade BBQ sauces that you can choose from and customize your meal.

What are collards?

It is a southern leafy green that is cooked until it is tender to the taste.


What is pork belly?

It is uncured bacon that we smoke in house and it melts in your mouth.

Do you cater?

Of course, there is no party that is too small or too big, just give us a call!


Can I buy meat by the pound?

Yes, you can buy it by the pound or more but not half pound.

Are you gluten free?

We are “gluten friendly”

Are you nut free?

We do not use nuts in our products but we do receive items that have been manufactured in facilities that may contain nuts.

How do we know about your specials?

Why is there a pink ring in my meat? We brine our meats and the pink ring is actually “SMOKE RING.”

The smoke ring is a chemical reaction between the pigment in the meat and the gases produced by the wood when it is cooking in the smoker. Everything is fully cooked.

Can I pre-order?

Yes! We actually encourage it because we do sell out!!

What kind of wood do you use?

It is a oak and cherry blend.

Bear Naples loved his Soul Mate Lexi and his family very much. He was a loving dog and caretaker of the Naples’ household. When he wasn’t working the yard, he loved running on the beach, biting at the waves playing fetch. The Naples’ were honored to rescue and give Bear the life he deserved. They have named their restaurant Fetch for him—so that his memory will live on.

Dan and Josie Naples hope to continue to bring awareness to some of the illnesses Bear struggled with such as Canine Lupus and Bone Cancer.
