No, this is our 1st business

Why isn’t there any BBQ sauce on my meats?

We use a “dry rub” on our meats and have 3 different homemade BBQ sauces that you can choose from and customize your meal.

What are collards?

It is a southern leafy green that is cooked until it is tender to the taste.


What is pork belly?

It is uncured bacon that we smoke in house and it melts in your mouth.

Do you cater?

Of course, there is no party that is too small or too big, just give us a call!


Can I buy meat by the pound?

Yes, you can buy it by the pound or more but not half pound.

Are you gluten free?

We are “gluten friendly”

Are you nut free?

We do not use nuts in our products but we do receive items that have been manufactured in facilities that may contain nuts.

Why is there a pink ring in my meat? We brine our meats and the pink ring is actually “SMOKE RING.”

The smoke ring is a chemical reaction between the pigment in the meat and the gases produced by the wood when it is cooking in the smoker. Everything is fully cooked.

Can I pre-order?

Yes! We actually encourage it because we do sell out!!

What kind of wood do you use?

It is a oak and cherry blend.
